I'm not saying McDonald's completely sucks but they are too expensive these days for what u get. Just when I ordered something I thought they couldn't mess up. A plain 5 dollar meal, I was wrong. ordered sweet tea, got unsweet, asked for ranch ,got nothing. No straw or napkins.

My wife and I usually eat here once a week. Pretty good place the employees work hard they just need a little training in genuine customer service. When it gets busy they tend to ignore the lobby a little or direct EVERYONE to put in their own orders. I will say I understand this a very little only because I've worked fast food long ago and know the staff will get in trouble for high drive thru times.
