I tried the sweet and sour chicken with lo mein noodles and an egg roll. It was so good! I went back later that week for the same order and the noodles tasted burnt, egg roll overcooked and chicken bland. Not sure what happened in 7 days

Me and my husband get Mr Chen at least once a month if not a couple times a month! And we’ve been going to this food place for years now. They have fast service and friendly service. Food is good priced, and delicious!

Do not order from here please. I ordered the hot and spicy beef combo and my friend ordered the garlic chicken combo. The food had no flavor what so ever and I was only given like 4 pieces of beef and my friend only got 3 pieces of chicken. Will never order from here again.

Food was made promptly and well. The hot and sour soup was wonderful and I always enjoy the Szechuan Dumplings. They also are friendly in demeanor and the restaurant is kept clean. Thank you very much!

The food is above average and the people very nice. I give Mr Chen 5 stars for food because I can get New York style Cantonese dishes . . . and they taste like home.

Very disappointing. Food looked really good but was tasteless. The only good thing was the egg drop soup . The won ton soup came in a brown watered down broth with undercooked noodles. The egg rolls were just cabbage with no meat or seasoning. All other stuff was flavorless. For the amount of money we spent it should have been great! I gave them 2 stars cuz of the egg drop soup and because it was cleaner than some of the other places we have tried.

Very disappointing. This was our first time here. We ordered egg rolls, won ton soup, egg drop soup, pork chow mein and the happy family. The won ton soup was in a brown tasteless broth and the noodles were undercooked. The egg rolls were nothing but cabbage with no flavor and the entrees were pretty bad. There was a lot of meat and veggies but no flavor. On the bright side the egg drop soup was very good. They had no hot mustard either. I hate giving bad reviews, but for the amount of money we spent the food should have been enjoyable. The pictures look good but are very deceiving.

My family and I love this place. We get take out from here about once a month. This is a family run restaurant and the food is authentic, fresh, and delicious. Best Chinese food in Pensacola! There are so many dishes to choose from. These are a few of our favorites: beef or chicken fried rice, chicken egg fu young, chicken chow mei fun, chicken or beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, general tso chicken, moo goo gai pan, dumplings, and spring rolls. The portions are huge which makes for great leftovers.

I pickup the chicken hunun and a wonton soup there today and I must say the food was awful. The chicken was extremely sweet to the point that I could not eat it and the wonton soup tasted like beef soup, wontons were hard and difficult to eat. Would not recommend you eating there.

Some of the best Chinese takeout our family has ever had. I don't know what they do different, but everything we had was sooooo good!
