“This is my favorite Panera. We live right down the road (in cantonment) so it’s super convenient & quick. Everything is always fresh. The only time I’ve ever needed help w/ an order, the manager was great about it. Customer service is ALWAYS on point at this location. Everyone is super nice & chipper. The line is usually extremely short if there even is a line. I wish the ham croissant benny was here to stay, that’s my only complaint Lol We’ve always had great experiences at this location.
I don’t understand some of these reviews. This food is FRESH. I’ve waited at McDonalds in this area for 30min in line for slop & half of my order to be missing or mangled & spent just as much, if not more, money for it. Panera always packs our food clean & neatly & it’s always fresh. I know when I order at Panera, my sandwich hasn’t been sitting in a heated container for an hour. It’s made when I order it. I’ll happily wait for fresh food.“
“Always extremely cold temperature inside the café. It stop us from going there. It's impossible to eat food when it's so cold inside the building. This place used to be one of our favorite places. I hope they change something about it.“
“There is an extra pressure on the morning restaurant servers with this world becoming so infantile and sensitive. So many people are being so irritated and inconsistent in their mood which may catch servers off guard sometimes and that can be a result of poor service. But not with that one of a kind.
Macy/Macie was so great this morning with having a charming smile on her face, greeting people and wishing us a wonderful day, therefore, charging us with a positive energy. My level of serotonin is spilling over the edges now. Thank you very much, Macy/Macie!“
“I had a great experience at this Panera location on 11/10/2025, and I want to give a special shout-out to Lisa (if I’m recalling her name correctly). I have several food allergies, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My order was made perfectly the first time—no corrections needed—which is something I really appreciate.
The food portions were spot-on, everything tasted fresh, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this location for anyone who values great customer service and attention to detail.“
