“Messy looking and dirty. Placed a rapid pickup order and it notified me it was ready, but I had to wait an additional 10 mins before they actually had it ready. There was at least 4 other people having to wait too. Looked like there was only 2 workers in there and they didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the delay.“
“I absolutely love Panera Bread; the salads are my favorite but the sandwiches are delicious too, and I can't forget the pastries, yum. The best part about PB is the staff, they are always so pleasant and helpful especially Shon and Amber.“
