I came in on December 14th. I placed my order online. I got the Shaq and a Parm crusted Papadia. I was given someone else's order when I came to pick up. I realized this once I got home. It was a plain large pep nothing special. I called the store and spoke with a female manager. She was very kind and offered a free future order with free delivery. She told me to place the order online, put cash and pay at the store. Come in and tell them my name and they will credit my order. Fast forward to today. I placed the order online as instructed. I came to the store. I explained what was told. There's no list with my name. There's no notes under my phone number. OF COURSE NOT. She tells me she will credit me anyway. Okay great. Then she tells me next time she would appreciate if I called first to say it's free. Why? So you can give me a cheap low grade pizza again? Anyway, I open the box. IT'S JUST ANOTHER LARGE! Do you not know how to make a Shaq? So I asked very politely is there a reason I didn't get a Shaq again? She snatches the box to make another pizza bc she said no this isn't right. She proceeds then to take my UNCRUSTED papadia and cheesybread and THROW them in the warmer and SLAMMED the door. I said you don't have to be so rude idc if you are a manager. You don't take my food and throw it period! I am LIVID! Never again! Still never got that Parm crusted papadia.....

Great pizza and boneless chicken nuggets, also chicken wings and brownies. Their whole menu is fantastic ! Lots of different sauces choices for the pizza crust, or just drizzled on the pizza itself.

Ok! We all have those days where we decide "no way am I cooking....period! Which brings me to Papa John's. They have been my go to for pizza for as long as I can remember. However this time, instead of delivery - I decided to pick it up so I could check out the store. I selected their special of one large one topping pizza for $7.99. While it was good - for whatever reason, it was just incredibly salty. I didn't detect it at first but going into my 2nd slice, it became apparent. However, I didn't contact the location about it since it was most likely a "one off" pizza issue. While I couldn't finish the 2nd slice - my yorkie was a little let down because I always give her a small piece of the crust as a treat but I was too afraid of any sodium that she might consume. Bottom line , are still my favorite pizza!

Papa John's was always my favorite pizza. But ever since COVID, they have gone downhill rapidly. When you call them, you get someone in a 3rd world country trying to upsell the product of the day, but they may not even know what a pizza is! At the store, the staff is surly, rude, and generally don't care AT ALL about customer service. Too bad, because they still make the best pizza, unless you actually watch them make it. Once you've watched that, you'll NEVER go back.

The absolute worst. I've given this location many opportunities to steer me to writing a good review, but my lanta they need new management! I stood at the counter for over 15 mins before anyone recognized me (yes the manager kept coming to the counter but never made eye contact). The female who did say something to me, which only happen because the phone rang for the 2nd time and she tried to answer because the first time it appeared she tried to send directly to hold but ended up just putting the customer on speaker and she was yelling on the phone trying to speak with someone. But the disgust that I seen...employees all working without gloves for one. For two, they kept touching their cellphones then going back to prepping pizzas. Also noticed a lot of touching of their clothing, smh all while still not wearing gloves. The girl who touched the phone never attempted to wash her hands after touching the phone. This same girl is the one who came over "trying" to help me. She walked away and never came back. I got her attention like 10 mins later and asked what the status was. The app says my order was complete and we're almost to a full hour. She tried to use the excuse they just have so much going on and so many orders blah blah blah (I'm sure the same excuse their manager who comments on this post will use) so I told her if my pizza is ready it should be where all the pizza that is ready should be. I then ask what the deal is. Did someone throw it away, was the app lying, like give me some understanding why it's still not done. She decided to have an attitude with me and I asked her to just check the area of "ready pizza" because she didn't when she attempted to help me the first time. And what do you know, my freaking order there ready and was sitting there the WHOLE 30+ mins I was in the store waiting. I can't do business here anymore and those of you who still will I warn you about cleanliness. No hair nets, gloves, hand washing, constant touching of personal cellphones. I actually passed my order off to a homeless person and grabbed something different for dinner.

ordered a pepperoni and sausage, maybe one piece of pepperoni and some sausage. for the price not so good. no orders any more for the papa johns on nine mile. yelp didn't show me one on nine mile, so I picked the first one, no stars for yelp.

Ordered Sausage,pepperoni,six cheese pizza. Asked for thin crust (received cold paper-thin tough crust). Asked for light sauce (received no sauce). Pizza had a very light sprinkling of sausage and pepperoni and hardly any cheese at all. Worst pizza ever. Really disappointed.

although I’m leaving at five star review I do have a complaint. Just recently one of the driver showed up to deliver our two pizzas. They were not in the hot carry bag she did not have a hot carry bag in her vehicle. Needless to say the pizzas were barely warm. This is very unusual from this location that we order from quite often. This needs to be addressed Mr. manager. Thank you so much.We are within two or 3 miles straight shot from this location.
