Pieology Pizzeria, Cordova Mall Next to World Market

Need to do better than leaving two high school kids to run the restaurant on a Friday night. They couldn't even focus on making one pizza. Then, to make it worse, they burned my pizza. They tried to cover themselves by cutting the burnt part off with their backs to me, while laughing, and handing it to me like everything was fine. Of course, I refused to pay for that burnt crap. Happy to slide this restaurant over to the "never again" list. Hopefully, others will have a better experience than me.

We came in for dinner 12/26. There were only 2 people in the restaurant, plus us. It took 15 mins for him to get the doe ready for the pizzas. Another 10 minutes to make 2 cheese, 1 pepperoni. Pizzas came out burnt, and not cut all the way. They were out of two sodas and said they didn’t have anymore. No signs were up. We were there a total of almost an hour. In that time they still didn’t make any boxes to have prepared if they got busy and the tables and bathrooms remained dirty. I think a manager coming out and watching the way they conduct business is needed. Very disappointed.

Not impressed. Wanted a calzone the guy asked me twice and he still made a it into a pizza and not one staff member asked if I wanted the calzone instead of the pizza. They weren't friendly either. They didn't care and are just working there to get a paycheck and nothing else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The pizza here is the best in town, they had a bit of a line but everyone was friendly and our experience was great. We tried to give the manager a tip and he responded he takes his tips online in the form of a review. This place is great. Keep up the good work guys.

Didn't get to eat here because the long haired young light skin girl took literally forever. Like fr my goodness, acting like you didn't have a line of like 8-10 people waiting. I get it was just one person but she had ZERO interest in putting even 1 ounce of pep in her step and actually busting out the pizzas the get the line down. Literally in your own world the whole time. Just go work in the mall folding clothes, perfect place to make folding a shirt take 20mins. Not 20 minutes putting pepperonis on a mini pizza fam. Looks like manager or lead did eventually come out and help and actually had a sense of urgency. But we had already been waiting a hot minute.
Needless to say we left because chick was taking forever plus 3 days

I added vegan cheese but the website defaults to both mozzarella and vegan cheese. The employee was top notch at helping me fix a mistake.

i’m not being dramatic this place made me cry it was so bad. i had high expectations

I have no idea how someone would cut this and think that this shouldn’t have been remade. The store overall is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good, other times you’re missing half the pizza and they substitute toppings you didn’t ask for without calling before hand.
