I've never had less than amazing food or less than amazing service at this Popeyes. Tonight was no exception. Thank you for my delicious dinner!

I give this place a 1 because the guy behind the counter had his drawers showing, at least half. It was nasty. I think Popeyes must be desparate to hire someone not properly dressed

We bought a twelve piece family box at the drive thru, and it had zero breast pieces and mostly wings.
Check your order. This Cervantes location is a ripoff.

When they have food, it is the best! Unfortunately, they are often out of items. Twice in the last year they didn't have chicken. I've only been three times, so it makes me wonder how often they're out. This last visit, I only got about half an order of fries and no biscuit even though I paid for both.

There is literally no one working the counter up here during the lunch rush at 12:30pm. I would just leave if I didn't do a pick up order. One lady is taking drive through orders and even though the inside is open it's being totally ignored. When the first guy in line that's been waiting over 15 minutes asked if anyone was going to take orders up front the drive through person tried to ignore him before finally responding with "this is all we got, just me and her" pointing to another girl who was cooking in the back with one other person and not taking any orders. If you don't have enough people to run the store properly you guys need to start shutting down your drive through or inside/online orders if you can't handle them. It's absolutely ridiculous to keep the entire store open without enough staff to handle it during your rush hours.

Normally I don't do restaurant reviews, but I just went through the drive through and had to say the team did a great job!
