When they have food, it is the best! Unfortunately, they are often out of items. Twice in the last year they didn't have chicken. I've only been three times, so it makes me wonder how often they're out. This last visit, I only got about half an order of fries and no biscuit even though I paid for both.
Its my first time visiting a Popeye's (ever). The wings and the blackened ranch sauce go together really well. I loved it. However, I take out two stars from the rating because they forgot to put the fries that I ordered and paid for in my takeout order. In the words of the wise "My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined"
I have never truly had a bad experience at my Popeyes (closet to my home) there have been some close encounters but fast food can be difficult. But Yolinda!!!! Is giving an experience at this location. So so sweet each and every single time!!!! This just has to be recognized. Not many people are at work to provide excellent customer service.. this is EXCELLENCE. Especially because of it being such a growing part of our small city and near downtown. I'm so pleased!!!
