Absolutely horrible. Don't go to this place. Waited for almost an hour for our food. They were fully staffed and almost nobody in the drive threw. Had us pull up even though nobody was behind us. Everyone was just standing around inside. The worst part is they even got our order wrong. An hour of wait time when there not busy and still managed to get the order wrong.

Me & My husband have came to this particular restaurant on multiple occasions, It's a big deal to us because the employees in this restaurant have been VERY PROFESSIONAL & OUR FOOD HAD BEEN AMAZING & FRESH!!!!!! There's a Young lady (Light skinned with locs) She told me her name after I asked for it but some how I still managed to forget it! The Young short lady & slim dark gentleman are always professional in the way that they talk to us & more. We were really Pleased!!!! We came in to the restaurant about 2:30 on 01/2/25 & I don't remember the dates from our prior visits but I can surely say that we will return... I hope Corporate are aware of these two employees hard work & amazing customer service. All the Year's in Jacksonville FL & We have NEVER had this amazing customer service so yes I felt compelled to leave a review!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was uninviting. The place felt chaotic and unclean, with tables left dirty and trash piling up near the bins. It seemed like no one cared about keeping the restaurant presentable.

The service was just as bad. The staff was unorganized and indifferent. I stood in line for what felt like forever, only to be greeted by an employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. They were rude, dismissive, and rushed through taking my order without even acknowledging me properly.

As for the food, it was far from what I’ve come to expect from Popeyes. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the fries were cold and soggy, and the biscuit was hard enough to chip a tooth. It seemed like they didn’t put any effort into preparing the meal.

Overall, the experience was terrible. Bad atmosphere, poor service, and subpar food – this location is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Popeyes chicken has a great flavor with a little or lot of kick for the one who likes a little spicy and for those who want a lot . I don't like spicy food, but it is so mild and tasty that I don't mind.

Gotten sick last 2 times eating at pace location believe it was the red bean an rice cause both times myself and husband had same thing except I had red bean and rice an he didn't but I got badly sick both times he didn't
