SOOOO SLOW and employees acted like zombies and couldn't be bothered to take your order....
The chicken is consistently good but always end up waiting a long time to get it even when they aren't busy

Drive thru took over 30 minutes to bring out our order. The wings were undercooked and we were missing items and had to go inside from the drive thru (after having already waited in our vehicle for 30 minutes) to get the rest of our items.

Grease definitely old…..i could tell from my chicken sandwich. I ordered a spicy sandwich and it was not spicy but bland and full of breading…..the fried chicken box was not good as well. This location and the pace location are the worst ones. Go to sauffley field location if you want good quality food and a clean establishment

This popeyes the employees doesn't want to work nor give you service, I went there and stood there at the counter and it was only me and one man they made him wait 30 minutes before taking his order and then another customer came in and I was still waiting to place an order and the employees helped the other person who walked in , needles to say I stood there for a little more than 30 minutes and finally gave up, and walked out . this was Wednesday night around 8:30 pm I can understand if your tired , and you don't want to work, but I would not suggest going here unless you really want to be mistreated and wait along time for your food.
The chicken is always hot and fresh, need i say more, oh I must, the employee's are great, there kindness make you feel sitting down and have conversation with them 😀
