Food is usually good but the service usually horrible. I ordered online through their app and pickup was scheduled for 12-14 minutes later. I waited 20 minutes then went to the restaurant and waited in the drive through and parking lot for an additional 20 minutes before the food finally came out

Order food at 330 for a pick up time of 530. When I got to restraunt my food was ice cold like it's been sitting out for a while. Not to mention my order was incorrect and when I told management. The manager on duty was very rude to me as they always are. Every single time I go to this Popeyes it's like there is always an issue with my order.

Couldn't go inside so we just left! Better luck next time.

So we made a return trip since they have been open for a while. Still couldn't go inside for some reason, but the food was good, and the staff was polite.

Several more trips in and every time they have us pull aroind and wait. Then every time we have to go inside cause our food has not arrived and apparently given to someone else. Not sure i will ever go back after tonight. They were just rude, uncoordinated, and seemed like they all wanted to be elsewhere.

I usually enjoy the mac’n cheese from Popeyes this time was very different.
The quality and portions of the food are very disappointing. My mac was dry, disgusting and only filled half the already small side container.

30 minutes in drive thru after ordered. Place is hopeless

Ordered online, went to pick-up, and was pulled up at the drive thru waiting on chicken, Waited for over 20 minutes before I went inside and see a worker playing on her phone and wiping tables and our order sitting on the counter. Not my first issue with this location, someone needs to go over there and run that store.

This is the slowest Popeyes I have ever seen been at in my life plus I also put in hot sauce and honey in my order I double checked and they gave me no hot sauce not even one and no honey and then this guy came up to my car who worked here he said are you Jessica like I have ordered like 40 minutes ago and like he didn’t know I ordered or something or had cut this is a horrible experience. The food was OK please if you can go to another Popeyes a little farther away please go to there because This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.

Extensive wait.. I get that they have to wait for the chicken to come up.. but if I knew I would be waiting for 30 mins,, I wouldn’t have ordered. Tell people if there is going to be a long wait. That’s common customer service.. not just pull up. I have to pull up every time I come here. Do better people! People in front were nice about it..

Very friendly cashier, quick service and great chicken.
