Pretzels in Pensacola, FL

“My son and I have been coming here for years, we always have good service but on Friday, September 27th we had EXCEPTIONAL service. Jackson greeted us with a huge smile and can-do attitude. Our pretzels were fresh, hot, and salty. Our large lemonade was one of the best I’ve ever had, much better than the ones you pay $10 for at the fairgrounds lol. He turned our day around and definitely deserves recognition for his customer service! Bonus points for the awesome earrings and directions to Spirit Halloween, which is way too small this year! 😂👍🏼“

“This is by far a really good location. I was scrolling through the comments and realized it’s just people who don’t get their way and the get upset about it. Just the other day I was in line and this lady came back to complain that her pretzel bucket didn’t look like the one displayed?. I already know most of the people here are lying or over exaggerating their review. I have been really pleased with the service I’ve received from there. And to name a few( I apologize if I misspell any names). Harvey has been a pleasure taking to, Juda has an energetic attitude like my son that really makes my day. I look forward to coming back to this location to get some more pretzels“
