The food was great, but unfortunately, the service we received was extremely disappointing. Our waitress, Rachel, never returned to check on us after taking our order and dropping off our food. She didn’t ask how the food was, offer to refill our drinks, or check on us at all. Meanwhile, I observed her visiting other tables multiple times, yet not once did she come back to ours.
Thankfully, Dominique who appeared to be handling several other tables and assisting at the bar was incredibly helpful. Once I realized Rachel wasn't returning, I asked Dominique for some to-go boxes and our check. She was kind, prompt, and provided the level of service I expect when dining out.
I'm not sure if Rachel assumed she wouldn’t receive a tip and decided not to put in any effort, but this was the first time I've ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip and I don’t regret it. Poor service shouldn't be rewarded.

Way better than the other seafood boil we had last time. Our waitress (can't remember her name. Blonde mid age real pretty lady) was beyond nice friendly and informative of other places to check out in the town. The Saturday special with an added pound of crawfish was more than enough for two to share. The seasoning was point and had some kick! Will definitely return. Cool atmosphere you can write your name on the walls etc. All around a really good experience!

The only reason I give 2 stars is the flavor but all the food was over cooked..couldnt slide crab or crayfish from the shell..not a one!.which made eating no so fun when you have kids who eat them just as fast as me..spent most of my dinner opening theirs.wont go back!.

On July 25, 2025, I ordered the Sausage and Shrimp Boil, adding two boiled eggs and three pieces of corn on the cob. I blended all the sauces with mild spices. This is the worst seafood restaurant in Pensacola, Florida. The corn was undercooked. The entire meal was tasteless. I love seafood, but I couldn't eat this awful meal. I called to report the issue, and the manager stated that the corn is pre-cooked and just added to the food. I will never support this business again. I'll take my chances with Cracking Crab or John Seafood, the best in the city.

Fun place for family dinners. Seafood was delicious, one flaw on my 1 lb of crab legs there was 3 knuckles added for weight. Everyone enjoyed the food. I will give it another shot!

We were really looking forward to trying Red Crab Juicy Seafood, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. We visited on Friday, July 4th, and ordered two alcoholic drinks—though I honestly can’t remember what they were called, which says a lot. They were overwhelmingly sweet, lacked any real flavor, and were just unpleasant. I couldn’t even finish mine, and my boyfriend felt the same way—even though his drink was recommended by our waitress, who also worked behind the bar.
We decided to get the Friday special: ½ lb of shrimp, ½ lb of snow crab, and ½ lb of Dungeness crab, which came with two corns and two potatoes. Sadly, the seasoning was incredibly overpowering, and the corn was mushy and soggy. To make matters worse, I ended up feeling sick at the restaurant, most likely from the overly sugary drink. It honestly felt like they just threw together a bunch of cheap mixers instead of using fresh or balanced ingredients.
I wasn’t even able to eat my food because of how I felt. Overall, this was a really disappointing dining experience—one we won’t be repeating or recommending.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in! Red Crab Juicy Seafood on East 9 Mile Road is the kind of place where bibs, gloves, and finger-licking goodness are all part of the experience.
We came with a hungry crew of eight and left full, smiling, and already talking about our next visit. The seafood boils are generous and just right for dinner, no skimping on portions here. My personal favorite? A pound of headless shrimp with the Juicy Special (all three sauces combined) cranked up to Hot. It’s the perfect kick of buttery, garlicky Cajun heat.
What truly made the night was our amazing waitress, Dominique. She was friendly, patient, and had that perfect mix of humor and hospitality. She kept the drinks coming and the energy high, even with a large group.
If you're looking for a casual, family-friendly spot that delivers bold flavor and a great time, Red Crab Juicy Seafood is the catch of the day.
