Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was very yummy I loved the food it was so good I really recommend going to this restaurant. And the food was a little pricey but it was definitely worth it!!

Family visited back in February we waited about 25 minutes to be seated. We were seated waited about 25 minutes to ordered. We finally ordered one of the burgers came out undercooked. We sent it back the burger came back overcooked very overcooked. We sent it back a third time the waiter got the manger because he said he was disappointed. We decided to change to a Chicken Sandwich which wasn't available after we ordered it so we decided to do a Turkey Burger. We waited over an hour we decided to just let it be because everyone was done. I informed the manger and told her it was perfectly fine she apologized for the entire night and thanked us for our patience she asked if we would wait while she checked on things. She couldn't believe how long it was herself!!! We told her will take it to go she covered our ticket...HEAR WE ARE AGAIN TONIGHT!!!! We tried to place our order online but it wouldn't go through so we called it in. We asked for two turkey burgers w/cheese meal no sauce extra fries. We got our ordered and got half home and I checked the bag only one order. I said it was okay I'll eat fries and be good for the night. My husband called and she remember our ordered and apologized and asked us to come back it'll be ready. I was against it but he wasn't so we got there called back the order was ready. I double check the order to besure it was taken correctly she told us yes she'll besure it's no sauce and only one pattie. Which is why we didn't get both from the start of the order was double on one bun. We waited over 30 minutes I stop a manager who has as just walking out to ask her to inform them because they weren't answering the phone. A worker came out with bag apologizing and said he fixed it she didn't word it correctly. He gave me the bag and ask for a payment i was giving him my info while I checked the order and stop mid ways because it was still wrong it was supposed to be no sauce....WHAT A WASTE OF GAS & TIME!!!! I'M DONE WITH FAST FOOD UNLESS IT'S RABBIT FOOD 🥗... Revisited on 2/26/25..The Salad was wonderful❤️..We ordered Turkey Burger w/ Side salad, Cheese Burger Fries & Tavern Double w/Fries ..Every enjoyed the food the service was fast , food was hot & fresh the unlimited drinks and unlimited fries kept coming!!! BY THE WAY THEY DO $10 TUESDAYS YEAP ALL REGULAR SIDES ARE ENDLESS ❤️

Absolute spectacular experience. I came in for just a quick bite for lunch and walked out so impressed and satisfied props to Anthony our bartender and server and Mike in the back for an absolutely phenomenal burger and pizza!!! So happy and glad to see Donatos pizza here! so glad to see they’re doing it, right!!

Me and my youngest son’s burgers were incorrect. My son ordered American cheese and I ordered pepper jack. I had his cheese and he had mine. Waitress brought us both out a piece of the correct cold cheese. My burger wasn’t hot nor even warm. The fries were good. I was so disappointed

Burger was average at best. they over cooked mine i ordered medium i got well done after being sat down my server didn't take my drink order till 30min later I was expecting to be in and out in a hour it took 2.5hr all in all
