Clean, casual, family friendly (they have kid's meal options!), excellent staff (polite and attentive), reasonable prices.
Make sure you save room for dessert! The bread pudding has guaranteed I'll keep coming back!

First time eating here and arrived 5 minutes after opening, 11 AM. It was obvious they were not prepared for opening.
You order at the counter and they run the food out to your table. Now, we did have 6 in our party but one of us did not get her meal until the others were almost done. My brother and I had a bowl of gumbo each and he got his 10 minutes before me.
They forgot two appetizers we had order and did not add oysters to my step fathers meal which he had order when he was at the register.
The food was good and the gumbo was legitimate for sure.
However the unorganization was very disappointing. Especially after hearing such good reviews from other friends.
I will go back for a 2nd try but mid-day for sure.

What a wonderful little spot with amazing food.
My husband, our son and I went for the first time tonight and let me tell you... we have been missing out driving past here everyday!
This is not your normal seafood joint. This place has soul and the food has seasoning.
Everyone is super pleasant, food is fresh and fast.
The portions are large and we had enough for leftovers.
