Slick Lips Seafood & Oyster House

Nice place. Terrible service and over priced bland food. Their gumbo was not award winning and rockafeller was not worth it.

The food was okay. The service was mediocre. I ordered a Cosmo drink and blacken pork chop dinner. The drink was made with cheap vodka. I was told it was Tito's but it was clearly not. I was charged for it. Burned my throat as it went down. Lastly, service. I asked the server was I suppose to cut the pork chop with the butter knife, the server said that's what he cuts his pork chop with and did not have an issue. The pork chop was tough and hard to cut. My husband just picked the pork chop and eat it with his hands. Maybe this was a one off. I didn't take any pics.

We came for a concert and we were out of time. Sammy was so good and understanding, she put our order in, got our drinks. Checked on us. she was wonderful! Thank you Sammy!! The food was excellent too! we had the shrimp tacos and my husband the fish and chips. And the potatoes were phenomenal. First time here!

Carrie was THE best server! She is the absolute sweetest and let us know that we could order tacos off the dinner menu. Food was delicious, drinks were great and the mimosas were BOGO free, and the service was incredible. 10/10

My husband and I was just talking about how difficult to get good quality food, good service and great atmosphere. We got it all here and our waitress, Kari made the experience fabulous with friendly and helpful attitude that complimented the fabulous atmosphere!! We will be back!! Enjoyed happy hour prices which was a bonus!!!

our waitress was also the bartender, but she was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive. She was friendly. She made us laugh. She made our visit very enjoyable and memorable. Not to mention the oysters and the white chocolate raspberry bread pudding wonderful.

This is my first restaurant review ever, but this establishment handled things so badly today, I felt like it was needed. I’d made a reservation 3 weeks ago to treat my mom for Mother’s Day. Despite a reservation at 12:15, we were put on a waitlist. We hung out downtown for a bit with no text. We finally went back at 12:45. The hostess said they were short staffed & even if they seated us, it would take an hour to get our food. At that point, two parties that had been seated for over an hour got up & walked out. We followed suit, along with 2 other families who also had made reservations. We eventually found somewhere else to eat & we didn’t allow it to put a damper on a special day. I wonder if all those other guests, 1 was a larger party, were able to regroup? It was just the two of us. I personally heard at least 5 people say they’d never go back. I couldn’t agree more.

Sam was great! My daughter had special dietary needs that she was able to fulfill our request and everything came out from the kitchen as requested due to her attention to detail and communication.

This is our fourth time dining here and we probably won’t return. While the service was great and our waitress was very attentive, the food was so so and a little overpriced. The brunch menu was limited and didn’t showcase seafood as you would expect from a seafood restaurant. There are definitely better choices in the area.

The food, as always, was superb! We have visited the San Destin and Pensacola locations and love both! Photos show our very first visit to Slick Lips and then today! Same great food and service!
