It’s ma fav place
Impressed with the selection of flavors. Total cleanliness, and personable staff.
The ice-cream was delicious, but the guy working was super rude.
Yum! God I'm fat. This didn't help. I highly recommend.
The ice cream is great, but I am sure we were way overcharged. We got one two-scoop dish and two large malts, and the order was just under $40.00. There is a significant charge for using plastic (3.9%, I think), but that doesn't explain why the total was about $10.00 more than it should have been. We didn't think about it until after we paid and left.
Delicious ice cream. It is creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. They offer a wide variety of both classic and creative flavors, and every one I’ve tried has been exceptional.
Portion sizes are generous, prices are fair, and the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Sweet Cone Alabama is a must-visit for any ice cream lover.
Amazing flavors, great candy assortment that you can pick-n-mix your own by the 1/4 lb. Cute photo booths for selfies too!
We visited four times during our visit to Pensacola and each time had excellent service. We have a peanut allergy in the family and when I mentioned it the gentlemen who was scooping he went to get a fresh scooper to make sure there was no question of contamination. While I didn’t love paying extra just for a fun colored cake cone, the scoop sizes were good for the price. Make sure you pick up a punch card!
Good selection of ice cream/deserts for different age groups. large/detailed menu options. *There is also an icecream challenge that no one has attempted in a few years. so it be cool to see a new face up there on the wall* Candy fill station. they have a punch card system. the store itself is very cute and well kept. I forgot the gentleman's name, but he made the experience for us. It's kinda hidden on location but definitely worth it, skip the Sonic and go to them instead! Locals supporting local businesses. 10/10 recommended
What a clean and friendly establishment! Alex was very knowledgeable about all the flavors we inquired. The owners are local and absolutely the sweetest people. They have cute photo booths, and photo options to take with your kids. Sprinkle bathtub?! Why Yes!!

$8.00 for a milkshake? Really? My first & last visit to this business. Ordered chocolate almond coconut milkshake. Product was runny, consisted of vanilla ice cream, perhaps a tablespoon of small chocolate pieces and maybe 4 slivered almonds, faint hint of coconut. Server states high price is due to them being a specialty store. Next time I will go for a predictable fast food milkshake.
