Wow! I think I found my new favorite Thai food in Pensacola! Pad See Eiw was SO delicious, flavorful, and fresh! Super impressed with the food quality. Thanks Chef Eddy!

Food is great, service is great. A few things could improve around the food truck

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s in gas station lot so you can get to the window and they can come out to take order and payment

The food was absolutely amazing! I am pretty far, but pay Uber Eats to deliver. It takes 60 to 75 minutes and it was that long, but damn it was good. I tried a different one right after, with almost the same name, but shorter delivery time, and definitely not the same. I may have to go in person, and just order everything because the only thing keeping me from eating this daily is the delivery time. Soooo good! Many kudos to the chef! And no I'm not a relative, just a foodie!

Was craving Thai food so I decided to give it a shot and boy I’m glad I did . Ordered the Pad thai (beef pork chicken and shrimp) and it was so good. I got the spicy level at Medium which to me tastes sweet and spicy . 10/10 recommend . Definitely eating here again

Today is the first time my wife and I tried Chef Eddys Thai, I cant believe we waiting this long. This qualifies as NLS (next level stuff), its that good. We ordered with Uber eats and it came quickly and packaged perfectly and we got exactly what we ordered. We had the veggie egg rolls, Green Curry w/chicken, Pad Thai and Pineapple rice with shrimp.This might be the best Thai food we've ever had in the entire country. I know its an over the top review but its that good.

Was recommended to us by a sales rep from the Ford dealership down the road. DELICIOUS!We preferred the regular pad Thai over the country, but both were excellent.We also had the Panang Curry - amazing - wish we had ordered more than one.Highly recommend, nom nom nom.

best authentic Thai truck in the area. we love the basic fried rice and then drunken noodles!

Hours wrong. So hard to find any food truck in the location and hours google suggests.

The best drunken noodles I've had. No where to sit and eat but definitely some of the best Thai in town!

It's a bit pricier, but if I'm craving Asian flavors, this is my go to take out joint. You can tell the chef enjoys what he does. The food is seasoned perfectly, freshly made to order, and packaged/plated with care.My favorites are: fried chicken wings appetizer (super crispy even after delivery), drunken noodles with seafood, the nam tok beef salad, and my new fav is the fried chicken with fried rice plate. It's simple, but perfect. It tastes exactly how you want thinly battered crispy chicken and really good fried rice to taste.

Vegetarian options: All dishes have an add on meat option, so the base is vegetarian. You can add on tofu as your protein choice.
