First, when my dasher got there I was told that they didn’t even know if they could complete my order bc the store didn’t know where it was. I later on got it but the chicken was indeed soggy, and I didn’t get my fries bc I had an COMBO w an additional sandwhich. Both the sandwhich and the tenders was soggy. The Nashville sauce isn’t even enjoyable. Please do not be like me, this place is digusting. I had to pick apart the soggy so I could eat my meat. Read the reviews and don’t look past it like me, this place is nasty.

Don’t get it it’s not worth your money, my fries came cold and soggy the chicken was hard, salty, and nasty the only good thing was the Powerade that I got as the drink. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The hot has less seasoning than most places would put on their mild and either the comeback sauce is totally different here than most Nashville hot places or they just gave me bbq. Sandwich was good but it was a totally plain fried chicken sandwich

first of all, I ordered for pickup at 545 an hour ahead of time. I got there at 545, nothing made yet. no AC in the place and it's 106 outside. they gave me my food and I get home and not 1 item I ordered is correct. ordered plain sandwich no Cole slaw it comes with Cole slaw. 2 other hot chicken sandwiches no spice at all. one missing cheese. 4 fingers hot came plain. I get 1 wrong order, you don't pay dick. but everything wrong? cmon. you wouldn't be able to do that on purpose. you advertise coke zero but don't have it, no regular tea only sweet, called the store, they said a manager would call me back. got a call from someone who said there's a mixup, its not her store but her friend Joe and she would have them call us. been 20 mins since she called and we haven't heard from Joe. you should burn these down for insurance money because you aint gonna make a living with service like this.
