“You can never go wrong at any Waffle House but would stood out at this particular one was her waitress...
Now maybe I'm just a little jealous because I am not a morning person but she had the best attitude and energy of anyone I have ever come across so early in the morning.
She was very attentive and helpful in giving us better options for our selections, Rather than having us ending up paying for things a la carte.“
“You always know exactly what you're getting with the world famous Waffle House. Minimal frills with a price that reflects that. This location was even faster than some others I've been to. I can't visit the South and NOT go to one.“
“I will not give the 1 star review they deserve. But after waiting 1 1/2 hrs the lady at the counter lied to my wife about her order. It never got placed. I understand the pressure there under. But instead of fixing the problem we got our money back and left without food. I was very unhappy with the service received by this employee. I'm not using names because I don't want anyone fired. “I go mostly between 11pm-3am and it's pretty much empty. Maybe 1 to 2 other customers besides myself. It's always clean and the servers are great always polite. The cook is also excellent. I never have any issues with my food it's always cooked to my request. Only thing right now is prices are outrageous, but isn't everywhere and everything expensive these days. To feed 2 people it's right at about $40 bucks“
“First time here, and I’ve always wondered about going to one. Gina is a wonderful waiter who’ll ensure that you are enjoying your food. Food is great, but get one waffle as getting two is too much. Great atmosphere, I would recommend coming back here, probably before leaving Florida!!!“
“I have been to this Waffle House a few times. They typically do a good job at managing their wait times, and my food has been on point most of the time. Each server I received on my visits was kind and helpful. Sometimes, I will come in and need to have a table wiped off before being seated, but that's not a big deal to me.“
“My wife and I are big Waffle House fans and make it a point to stop in at different locations whenever we travel just to compare the experience. The food at this Pensacola location was exactly what we love—hot, fresh, and delicious, every bit as good as the best Waffle Houses we’ve visited.
Our waitress Ka’daisha was an absolute sweetheart—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, another waitress named Rachel really disrupted the whole meal. While we were eating, she was refilling salt and pepper shakers and kept reaching over/into our booth space without so much as an “excuse me.” It felt intrusive and uncomfortable. She was also slamming silverware and dishes into the sink so loudly that it was hard to have a conversation. She even stated right next to our table “lets dry some silverware, that should be fun!” We weren’t the only ones bothered—the rest of the staff looked visibly irritated, and even the manager seemed to be avoiding her.
Toward the middle of our visit we noticed that her shift was ending and she was going home. The moment she left, the entire atmosphere changed for the better. You could literally feel the tension lift, and the restaurant immediately became calm and pleasant again. The remaining crew was kind, professional, and clearly relieved.
Overall, great food and mostly wonderful people—we’ll definitely be back and just hope Rachel isn’t on shift next time. Ka’daisha and the rest of the team deserve huge props for keeping things together!“
“If you ever have been to a Waffle House they are all mostly the same but service and food quality and time is when you will find a difference. I’ll drive out of my way from the local WF to this one juts because of the great kind service I always receive! Top notch“

“The food was perfect made exactly how we asked !! Haley was amazing and super sweet :) I mentioned it was my birthday and she brought my waffle with a candle. I really appreciated how kind she was to my family especially since they were visiting me for the first time.“
“Hi, I went to this Waffle House last Thursday September 11 at around 10:30 am with a friend. And I just thought everything was excellent. The guy that was cooking was so professional and got everything perfect even though it was very busy that day. Our waitress got the order right and refilled the coffee and was moving constantly to take care of everyone. I would highly recommend this Waffle House.
Hi I want to add. Went back October 9 with another friend. Amber the first waitress waited on us and Vikki who works there was really friendly. Great staff, great breakfast food, very clean.

“Not a soul in the building other than my husband and staff. We got to enjoy a quiet lunch. I had the 2 egg breakfast with hashbrowns and my husband had a chicken sandwich with hashbrowns. Food was great, eggs were cooked perfectly, the tea was great (I had unsweetened while my husband had sweet).“

The service was exceptional. Clean and parking is spacious.
Parking: Mobile Highway is a dangerous and unpredictable traveled street. So pay attention to the turn into the parking area.“
