“I love eating at awful waffle! I used to at least.I haven't been as often as I used to since they began charging 10% to go fee and another 10% let's call it trash fee because it's a garbage charge. Since I dined in this time I have no complaints in this visit. Wish I could talk about the variety of things on the menu, but I haven't changed my order in twenty years. Cheese steak omlete old-fashioned. Hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered, diced, and chunked. Wheat toast, bacon, and coffee. A very quality order if I do say so myself. Excellent as expected. Waitress was helpful and refilled my coffee promptly and was polite. I get annoyed when I order to go, but the days that I have time to eat at the joint reminds me why I never want to quit!“
“While I don't go often, every time I have gone, it was always a pleasant visit. The employees are very friendly, that alone makes it worth the visit. The food is delicious and I with they had some locations in Utah. Can't wait to go again :)“
“I absolutely love Waffle House! Anytime I'm in or near the south I have to stop here! It's a must! The service is always great, the foods even better, and I get all the cooks and wait staff goin in a good mood when I load the jukebox with credits so they too can pick music to play after I leave. Always a great time!
Vegetarian options: Probably not the best place for vegetarian. Definitely not a place for vegans.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, doors maybe a little tight for wheelchair access but should be able to get in the door.“
“I will not give the 1 star review they deserve. But after waiting 1 1/2 hrs the lady at the counter lied to my wife about her order. It never got placed. I understand the pressure there under. But instead of fixing the problem we got our money back and left without food. I was very unhappy with the service received by this employee. I'm not using names because I don't want anyone fired. But I probably wouldn't be back for while“
“Don't like you can't order over the phone you have to use the app that does not have all avaliable items. Had to wait 20 minutes for all food to be prepared when I could of just ordered over the phone. Or used the app if they had a regular BLT avaliable to order.“

“Something that you may not know about the Awful Waffle is that the food is usually excellent. From previous Waffle Houses I've eaten over the decades, I enjoy the food. This place is no different. I'm an over forty year old guy, and I know what I like. As such, I get the same thing whenever I go. Recently, however, the cost has gone up substantially. They add multiple add-on charges for take out orders. My order is usually about four dollars more in addition charges. I discovered this because instead of take-out, I just dined in, and when I got the bill, it was reasonably priced. This was an excellent breakfast, no photos because I didn't think to take any. It's not convenient for me to usually dine in. But I'm insulted that Waffle House as a company wants to charge me four dollars more just to package it for take-out. This rant is nothing against this particular location. As I said, I had an excellent time here. Also, they have EV charging stations here, too. Very convenient.“

“I have been to this Waffle House a few times. They typically do a good job at managing their wait times, and my food has been on point most of the time. Each server I received on my visits was kind and helpful. Sometimes, I will come in and need to have a table wiped off before being seated, but that's not a big deal to me.“

“I was charged $17.50 for a Fiesta omelette and hash browns. I just ate at the Waffle house in MS and was charged $11.00 for the same meal. I left a $20.00 bill for both servers. The server who treated me fairly ended up with the larger tip.“
“Jacky was an absolutely amazing waitress. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and she actually asked us how we were doing! She was training a new employee (Simone) and was super friendly encouraging with her that she would be great! Jacky definitely wants to be friends with all of her guests and made us feel very welcome. She also said national Waffle week coming up and a special waffle was coming soon and it was 10 out of 10! Everyone should make a stop to this Waffle House and ask for Jacky!“
