Jacky was an absolutely amazing waitress. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and she actually asked us how we were doing! She was training a new employee (Simone) and was super friendly encouraging with her that she would be great! Jacky definitely wants to be friends with all of her guests and made us feel very welcome. She also said national Waffle week coming up and a special waffle was coming soon and it was 10 out of 10! Everyone should make a stop to this Waffle House and ask for Jacky!

It was such a great warm welcoming. And our server was amazing. Not only was she on top of it and friendly but she went out of her way to give us some dipping sauces to try that was amazing thank you Jacky for the great experience we felt at home.

Amazing Service! Florencia at WH #1096 was amazing!! They were crowded last night. She waited on us as soon as we sat down with a smile and a very positive attitude! Our breakfast came quickly and was exactly what we asked for. Thank you Florencia for a fun eating experience!!!

I just went there to have breakfast walked in not one person said hello went and sat down at a booth for 5 minutes the server waiting on table behind me was pricing her ticket out and I got that table drinks 3 minutes now still no one acknowledged me so I decided to leave and finally she told someone I was in her both just sad service

We stopped by here on vacation and this is honestly the best waffle house location I've ever been too. Our waitress was incredibly kind and very attentive the whole time. The food was also made well beyond what most locations give. I would definitely return again!
