I ordered 1 wafffle which was super thin and not even hot and tasted terrible and didnt eat the two pieces of sausage...Dont waste your time..

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, got double cheese, hash brown w/cheese , my hash browns didn’t have any cheese. Ham and cheese sandwich light butter it was soaked in butter w/extra cheese. I paid 20.00 for food that was not worth my money or drive. Also to have online order only and not have all the items on it to be ordered.??. I think I’m done with Waffle House.

Called in for a pick up. Waitress on the phone didn't seem she knew the menu. Asked for a Texas Bacon Cheese steak Plate...she asked if I wanted bacon. Yes it comes on it. Then I grabbed the food. I get back to the house and they made the plate wrong. Asked for no tomatoes and mushrooms....it had tomatoes on it. The hash browns were dry as well. Asked for them to refund me but wanted me to bring it back. I'm not driving all the way back. I won't be coming back to this one.

I’ve only ever stiffed completely 3 servers in my entire life and it’s wild that 2 of them came from this Waffle House. Kameron, the one actually doing the work and serving the guests, deserves more than these brain dead crack heads you have working for you. He’s great. I’ll only come back cause it’s next to my house. Thank you Kameron for actually greeting me, delivering the food (that you cooked) and picking up the slack of these fools you unfortunately work with

Good food, good service and good atmosphere! This Waffle House is always pleasant to visit. The food comes out fast, hot and accurate. The employees are always nice and friendly to everyone. If there is a wait, it's usually not a long wait. The restaurant has been clean and welcoming every time I've visited. You should definitely add this Waffle House to your list of places to visit and eat!

Terrible place. Management is terrible and picks on their employees for the smallest of details. My experiences with the workers were always great. They took my order and got it out nice and hot very fast each time. The way I see the Management treat their staff made me reconsider going here. I'd recommend doing the same as i cant support such terrible treatment to clearly hardworking people.

Yall just skip it. There are so many others that are clean and have servers and cooks that aren't crazy.We done watched the ladies argue over who took a call in order. Seen the cook get fired and waited forever to get our waffles.....but got our check and still no waffle and the dang server had no idea we still needed them. Guess she was mad cause my waffle is under done and over done. Maybe just a bad day here at the waffle house but just skip it. Go to the on further down at mobile hwy and Michigan.
