wendys is horrible!!!! Wont be coming back! lady cussed me out becuz i kept saying “hello?? Hello?? Is anyone there” at the speaker. food had mold on it

Night shift.....they are unprofessional rude. Not to mention I waited almost 45 minutes to get to the speaker and to speaker and noobe to take my order. So I drove to the window and was told I don't get paid enough to do someone else's job. My manager is the one taking orders you gotta wait for her.

We arrived at 6:40 to pick up an app order which was only a Dave's Double March Madness $2 special. It was for our 9 yr old granddaughter. There were a few cars ahead of us and when we got to pay window no one was there. We waited 15 minutes as it seemed there was some kind of technical issue and there were five employees at the second window. The manager was talking to the driver of the car at window and it moved up and the car in front of us had to wait and additional 5 minutes to get there order. Still no one to take the money at first window so we pulled up and after another 5 minutes wait we finally were served the burger.35 minutes to pick up an app order, really. Toooo many chiefs not enough indians. It's just an old saying.Best thing about this visit is our granddaughter LOVED the burger.

This is one of the cleanest fast foods restaurants that I have ever visited. Every table was spotless. The restrooms were very clean. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. An elderly patron had difficulty with the soda machine, and one of the staff immediately assisted and then helped the patron to her car. The team here from the manager to the counter staff should be contended for their efforts.

I went through the drive through and ordered for work two of the sandwiches were chicken blt and they were just plane chicken and barely a piece of lettuce they chicken was still cold and another person burger was completely raw in the middle I went back to get it done and they remade it wrong and had to remake it again with attitude and none of the toppings that were supposed to be on it were on it.

I went here last weekend and received INCREDIBLY slow service. Thinking it was just a weekend problem and surely a Wednesday wouldn’t be bad. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for my order to be taken and then an additional 15 to receive my food. It was not very busy! One car in front of me… I ordered a baconator meal with a pretzel bun. Pretzel buns are an up charge. I immediately noticed it did not have a pretzel bun but brushed it off because that is an innocent accident. Until I took a bite, and it was completely plain!! Nothing but meat!! I would go back but it’s not even worth waiting again! Super slow service but the food tastes great however I’m missing items!On top of that, they charged my card twice. :/Management if you’re seeing this, my order was an around 6:40 pm 3/6/24. I paid $17.72 twice. I’ll dispute it with my bank given the wait time is ridiculous. No one wants to wait forever to even have their order taken. There were 3 cars behind me in line who left. You are losing money! Extra employees and extra training may seem like a loss but how much are you losing when people don’t even bother going there anymore? We all know this is a tourist area. People bring huge families with big orders, my order alone for ONE person is nearly $20. That’s the hourly wage plus some for an employee. Be betterI never ever leave bad reviews but this was seriously ridiculous!!

I want to recognize Jaden, who was working the drive thru window on my visit on 2/2/24. His customer service was fantastic. It was important to him to make sure everything was correct & that we had what we needed. Cheerful, polite, great experience. Give this guy a raise!

The hamburgers were nasty they had been cooked and then reheated. Not tastey at all and weren't fixed properly. The were not fixed the way they were asked to be fixed.
