This is one of the cleanest fast foods restaurants that I have ever visited. Every table was spotless. The restrooms were very clean. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. An elderly patron had difficulty with the soda machine, and one of the staff immediately assisted and then helped the patron to her car. The team here from the manager to the counter staff should be contended for their efforts.
I went through the drive through and ordered for work two of the sandwiches were chicken blt and they were just plane chicken and barely a piece of lettuce they chicken was still cold and another person burger was completely raw in the middle I went back to get it done and they remade it wrong and had to remake it again with attitude and none of the toppings that were supposed to be on it were on it.

I go the Wendy's on highway 98 in Pensacola FL at least 3 times a week. I always get a large chili and 2 sour creams and a large unsweet ice tea. The staff is so friendly and the manager is fantastic! There aren't many places I go that make me so welcome and safe. The chili is excellent! My friends tell me that I should make my own chili at home and save the 15 mile trip each way to Wendy's. I tell them nothing can take the place of dining in such a welcoming atmosphere!...read full review
