You sit in the drive thru for about 10 minutes before they start taking orders by the time you actually order and get your food its been 20 minutes from start to finish thats with 2 cars in front of you by the time you pay and get food that's another 15 minutes and the fries are cold and soggy the burger or chicken sandwich is cold and not at all the way you ordered it. With all that being said it's 100% not the fault of the 2 people working the entire place by themselves it's a corporate problem the employees are extremely pleasant when I know for a fact I would not be

2 days ago I bought at this Wendy's local and I regretted it, my son's hamburger was totally cold, the bread seemed old, it was like biting a shoe. The fries had too much salt and the other burgers weren't as tasty.
Was disappointed in both customer service and products. On TV, it is advertised that they have Dollar breakfast biscuits. I'm sure it is in the fine print but it was not clear that there was a limit of five. To get additional, one has to pay the full price. Since there were three of us, we wanted 6 in order to have a good wholesome breakfast before starting our day.
I was denied service. The employees were very rude. I sat at the menu board in my car for serveral minutes and no one ever greeted me. I drove around to the second window. The two employees i saw in the kitchen looked but could careless that i needed to place a order. Many other car were denied service as well. The two employees choose to serve whomever they thought was worth enough. If you want food untampered with or service at all, this is not the company to order from.
Tried to go thru drive thru at 10:30a.m. to pick up a mobile order. 1 car only in drive thru at the speaker before me and literally sat there for 7 minutes before leaving. Looked like they weren't helping the vehicle in front of me either. Good thing I was able to cancel the mobile order.
Jalapeño popper salad didn’t have jalapeños. Forgivable. Didn’t have bacon. Didn’t have the right cheese. Chicken was cold. ROTTING LETTUCE. That’s the final straw. Check it out for yourself. Photos attached. Stay clear of this place. That’s not just dark greens. It’s not “just” browning edges. It’s rank and rotting.
Went to this Wendy’s today and the door was locked at 1pm. There were only two people eating inside. The customer eating opened the door. When asked why the door was locked the lady at register said it’s because they’re short handed and don’t have the people. At the time maybe 6 cars in the drive through. I counted about 5 people working in there. People were trying to get in the restaurant but it was locked. They put no note on the door nothing. When asked if I could let this lady and her son in they never even answered me. To me I don’t think it was just short of staff but bad management and laziness.

This Wendy's dinning room isn't open and unfortunately our truck is down. I noticed one employee either taking a break or getting off work. I tapped on the window and he walked outside I told him our situation about the car and he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could get something to eat. Thanks

It was late, we really wanted spicy chicken sandwiches and the first Wendy's we went to wouldn't even say hello so we left, par for the course in service in this town we have noticed. We took the chance and they took our order right away, they were so nice and the food was great! Will definitely go to this location again.
The food from Wendy's is always good. However they let you sit in the drive-thru foe 2 to 5 minutes before they ever ask to take your order. Twice now I have went there and they told me the systems were down. This is something that should happen. They didn't apologize once for that. I started going to a different Wendy's now and do not have the same issues.
