The food was made fresh to order. I went to the restaurant twice in 24 hours. I went for dinner on Saturday night then returned Sunday morning for lunch. The food was just that good. I definitely recommend people to go there for the food as well as the drinks. The waitress was attentive and made sure she kept up with our orders. “Holy crap” were the first words out of my mouth—no joke. I ordered the spring rolls, fried fish, and the Char Siu rice box, and all three came in massive styrofoam containers packed to the brim. So many spots in Pensacola skimp on portions, but not Di-Da’s. The spring rolls are huge, the fried fish is tender and full of flavor, and the rice box? A whole meal and then some.

What makes it even better? Doc’s Brewery is literally ten feet away—grab...

Great experience at this little food truck! The food was fresh and amazing, we got the jumbo shrimp rolls, spring rolls, and Vietnamese sandwich. Great for a quick bite to eat and reasonably priced. Plus, you can take your food over to the brewery and enjoy it on the outdoor patio. The service was great 🙂
