We have never gotten bad food here. But the employees/service is so out of whack. The employees will look lost and confused. To go orders have waited 15+ minutes for their order, when it was sitting on the counter. There is no idea where orders are (they could've been complete on the shelf, but no one knows and you could wait for a order that was actually finished). The staff are always nice and apologetic. Zaxby is my go-to place when I need my wing fix. I almost always get the "Wings and Things" BarBQ with ranch to dip my fries, not the wings. I have eaten more meals here than anywhere else in the city. I am a chicken girl for life.
