Stood there for 5 mins to ask if they could make my mobile order early despite 5 different people walking pass the counter no one ever spoke to me I walked back outside and waited for my mobile order and also forgot my seasoning on the side

For the past 3 times I've eaten here (drive thru), the diet Coke tastes like seltzer water, I keep forgetting to taste it before I leave. The food is always great, but they need to test their soft drinks daily.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The soda I got was completely flat. The fries were stale, the chicken over cooked and dry, everything was a disappointment. Spent 30 bucks for dinner for me and my girlfriend and everything we had absolutely sucked. Will not be coming back

Waited 32 mins after paying in the drive thru for 2 salads. Nothing else. 1 car in front of me, 1 or 2 after me. Very slow. Received a thank you for your patience, no apology, and the employee certainly didn’t seem worried that I would be upset. My only response when she said “thank you for your patience” was “did the extra dressing get put in the bag?”, which she then stated “let me go check” and walked away to go inside. I drove off and did not wait, so technically it was 34mins for 2 salads just the way they come. Middle of the afternoon. Not a good first impression.
