I ordered a 20 piece plain with teriyaki on the side. Only recieved one dipping sauce and two ranch packets. Not enough for 20 wings
The chicken salad is so good with the ranch dressing and Zaxbys sauce mixed in. This location was fast and the food was delicious

The service was okish ordered two sides of chicken, bacon, ranch fries, and two milkshakes. Neither one of us got a whole piece of bacon between the two of us and then the birthday cake ice cream milkshake had no cake pieces just sprinkles. Nobody was really friendly or talkative everybody just kind of kept their head down and walked. Normally have better service here

Purchased Big Zac Snack. I remember when Zaxby's first opened in Raleigh, NC. The chicken fingers were very large. Now they are so tiny. I had one that was 3 inches long on top of two fingers that were only so small. One about 2 inches, the other 1 1/2 inches. Only reason I didn't take back is I got BOGO free for survey I completed. Otherwise, not worth the money.

Just pick up the chicken finger plant and the fries were soggy and cold and got the four count and all I got was one finger and just small pieces of chicken, not worth the money.

Used to come here all the time but lately the food has always been cold. Doesn’t matter if the drive thru is wrapped around or no one in line. For the prices we are paying, food should be hot every time. These has been a recurring thing for months now.
