The oil that the egg rolls was fried in was not fresh. It was blackist brown. It appears that the oil hasn't been changed in some time. Oil should be changed every day. We threw away the fries, egg rolls & one salad. We paid $37 for food we could not eat because it was poor quality.

Today was only the 2nd time I have eaten at Zaxbys.....I was there around 5:10 or so and went through the drive-thru. Top notch everything. The woman who took my order was patient as I navigated the menu and the woman who took my money and handed me my food was friendly and personable. My food came out quickly, correctly and everything was hot and fresh. Just want to say this experience was refreshing, as ordering from any fast food place lately has been super frustrating with long waits, disillusioned employees and 8 out of 10 times I'm given the wrong food or something is missing.

The food is amazing, I enjoyed the interior, which is very clean and welcoming. Staff were kind and patient, and the drink machine had lots of choices. My only complaint was a minor order mess up. Instead of boneless wings, I received bone-in wings. I still enjoyed the food but a bit disappointed my order was messed up with such a small order. Would still come back again, though!

Our food was cold when received it, it still had a okay flavor, but was just as cold as the ranch served with it. My husband got the wings and things and the boneless wings he received were crumbs not wings. However, he complained and they did remake them. It was just so shocking they tried to serve them to us with the price of the food. The atmosphere was however very welcoming and the lady behind register was friendly and welcoming.

To my shocking amazement of all of the years I've known about this restaurant I never bothered to go there until one day when I was passing by. To my amazement and surprised they were a chicken finger restaurant. I can see that the food here is well prepared very flavorful and top-notch the only drawback is that I've noticed in the evening time usually when they're full of their younger staff members the food Service kind of diminishes. But the service is still respectable and the food is still good I say try it out if you have the opportunity I'm sure I highly recommend trying the chicken parmesan french fry platter .
