I had a terrible experience at Panera bread Pinellas park today. Won’t be returning, from the customer service to the food quality all bad.
Stopped in like I do every morning for my Sip Club hot tea.
Today I found that the tea in the British Breakfast tea container wasn't the correct tea. Since I can only drink this tea, I had to throw it all out because whatever tea that was is disgusting! There really needs to be a way to stop people from mixing up the tops!
Drive through was having some problems this evening.... not the 1st time I ordered a bread bowl and didn't get it. This time, I clearly ordered a grill cheese and tomato soup which was repeated back to me however they charged me for bacon turkey bravo along with my missing bread bowl, I think they need a little help.

Despite this, there is a nice shaded area on the west side that could be used for seating. The staff has been helpful, as one young lady replaced a delivery order for free after a delivery driver failed to show up, offering coupons and good service. Overall, Panera Bread has room to improve in menu options, customer service, and safety considerations.
