If the service was just slightly better I would have given 5 stars. Overall, it's clean (most of the time), the food has always been very good, and most of the staff are friendly and provide good customer service.
It's a waffle house, it's what you expect. But the folks that work here are always nice and friendly, which I feel makes the food taste just a bit better than the other places. The hash brown bowls are good and filling too.

Everything at the Seffner waffle House has come out burnt black. The hash browns the steak the bacon and even the eggs. The cook there is terrible his grill is far too hot and burns the food but does not listen. If you see a big huge guy at the grill turn around and go somewhere else!
