“I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. He continued to check in and make sure we were ok and had everything we needed and accommodated every single request ❤️ I am incredibly grateful for everything. Jackson and his staff turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable evening. This special group of oncology nurses truly deserved a memorable night, and thanks to you, we got exactly that. Thank you so much for making it an experience we will never forget! 🥰“

“Traffic is frustrating and roads are confusing in this area so when I saw this place while unable to find our actual destination, I called an audible and we went here.

Easy paid lot next door and larger paid garage across the street. Basic beach adjacent bar. It isn't actually on the beach. But most of the tables are on sand. The actual bar is on the inland river and there isn't a great sunset view.

But it was convenient. The food was good. The fish and chips fish was massive. The coleslaw was well made and fresh. The mahi sandwich was good. The coconut shrimp was good but not great. Prices were reasonable for a waterfront bar. Staff were awesome. Rosa was great. The gentleman who brought our food was great.

I definitely recommend this even though it wasn't our initial plan.“

“Freddie’s is a well-equipped a bar for sports enthusiasts: More than a dozen large screens can be tuned to multiple sporting events. As a bar, it had a limited but satisfying beer and liquor selection but offsets that lack of variety with high quality food. The wings are amazing, and there are lots of fried seafood, salads, sandwiches and burgers, all fresher and tastier than you’d expect. This is also a no frills bar for locals, a true neighborhood hangout worth getting to know even if you don’t live in the neighborhood.“

“We had such a great experience at Lulu’s Bait Shack! We stopped in for a late Friday lunch, and our waiter was absolutely the best — fun, attentive, and just added to the whole vibe. All of the reviews I've read on this place is what made me come here except for the ridiculously entitled people who complain about having to wait an extra 10 minutes. To attack a business because they're busy and they're doing their best to get you a seed is selfish and shows how much you think the world revolves around you. I wish they had an app that you can review the reviewer. I hope you get stuck in traffic for the next month. I hope the next time you have to crap in public The person that's in the bathroom before you has constipation. I also hope the next time you have a toothache The dentist gets a flat tire and makes you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes. This is a great restaurant The food was very good The server was very nice never even paid attention to how long it took to see us I was actually kind of excited because the place was busy and I knew it was going to be good. Overall, the staff and the food and the drinks were amazing!!! Everyone was so friendly and it totally helped us keep our minds calm knowing that a hurricane was hitting our home town.
