Great customer service, convenient location near EV charging station near Broward mall
Ordered takeout from Brio in Plantation for a business lunch meeting with seven people. Absolutely terrible experience. They got almost every order wrong, missed items completely, and sent dishes that no one ordered or would eat due to dietary constraints. On top of that, the food wasn’t delivered until an hour and a half after placing the order. We ended up having to split meals just so everyone had something to eat. Terrible service, Larry was very slow and more then once walked away before I finished speaking, food was mediocre and not very hot when it finally arrived to our table.
Asked for togo containers and he took very long time to return with two very large containers with two very large pieces of aluminum foil to cover the food with, my daughter ordered spaghetti bolognese to take home and it came in a proper container w/ a proper lid…. Hmmm
We will not go here again!!!
