“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“We landed early afternoon & headed straight to Café Bastille-Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale for brunch. I'd heard rave reviews about this spot & it exceeded expectations. We kicked off with a passionfruit margarita & a bacon bloody mary, both bursting with flavor. For our meal, we opted to share the truffle croque madame with a side salad & breakfast potatoes. The toast was wonderfully light & fluffy, & the potatoes had the perfect crunch. We couldn't leave without getting a NY pistachio croissant. The entire experience was enchanting. I'm already looking forward to our next visit before leaving Florida.“

“We had a genuinely great experience at Ol’Days! The food was fresh, and the French toast was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Ignacio was an absolute gem! attentive, warm, and made the whole visit even better. Lately it feels like many places are overpriced with mediocre service and attitude, but this was the complete opposite. Excellent food, excellent service, and a good vibe. Easy A+. We even forgot an important item at the table, and we called 3 hours later and our waiter had set it aside for us in the back with his personal items. Great job!“

“There isn't much parking. The atmosphere was very nice. My waitress, Debra, was an energetic woman with an amazing personality. I ordered their bacon egg cheese croissant with a side of sweet and regular potato hash mix. The food was outstanding. Definitely worth another visit in the future.“

“This spot was SOOOO dope! The family and I were visiting Florida from CA, NY, NJ & VA. We were told this spot was a must experience experience, so we took the 30 minute drive from Miami and they did NOT disappoint! We came from far and wide to experience these lobster rolls. Best lobster roll and lobster mac I have ever had!!! Been craving it and wish I could take a quick trip from CA to get some more! Ugh! And the ambiance? So beautiful, so inviting and decore dripping in Black culture. Staff was on point and made sure the family was well taken care of! Mimosas and lobster?! Can’t get no better. And we got to meet the owner! Can’t wait to get back! So much fun“

“This is a great mix of restaurant with high end market where you can enjoy great but not expensive food. They offer lots of interesting food, wine, and beer that you can either order at the cashier or pick-up from their market. You can even buy your wine or beer at the market and drink it at your table. Service is always friendly (but busy) and efficient. This is great place to watch soccer games!“

“We celebrated both an anniversary and a birthday here on Saturday, January 3rd, and the experience was exceptional. The outdoor setting is absolutely beautiful—the live music perfectly set the vibe and complemented the ambiance without overpowering conversation.
Our server, Matthew, truly elevated the evening. He was highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and gracious—standing out well above the rest of the team. We’ve dined here before with other servers, and none compare. Matthew offered just the right amount of banter, with excellent social awareness and a natural sense of when to engage and when to step back. If you dine here, request him—your experience will be noticeably elevated.
The craft cocktails were excellent, with a wide variety and very reasonable pricing for a Fort Lauderdale oceanfront location. The salad was outstanding, and dinner overall was very solid and well executed.

“2/16/26-11:30am- It was a beautiful day so I chose to sit outside. I was quickly greeted by Crystal! She smiled and welcomed me, she offered coffee, juice- I chose coffee and reviewed the menu. My first time here and I was excited by the menu with all the amazing breakfast options!
Crystal came quickly with a small pot of coffee and I was in heaven! The coffee is fresh and delicious! I happily poured my refills. Yay! A brilliant and efficient way to serve coffee!
I decided on the Florentine Benedict with the crispy potatoes.
Crystal was delightful, attentive and efficient! Great service!
My breakfast came and it was a large portion! I’m not a potato person but I wanted to try them. They were hot, crispy and really delicious!
My Poached eggs were so yummy and the sautéed spinach was flavorful. I ate it all!
Truly the menu has something for everyone and even has a kids section!
Very family friendly!
I look forward to making my way through their menu! The omelette’s and the breakfast burrito looked amazing as they were served to the table next to me. They said they were huge and delicious!
I highly recommend! I can’t wait to return!
