Jessica served us in the bar area, she was very welcoming and her customer service was top notch. We always come to chilis for the endless chips and salsa. Chilis tortilla chips are better than most Mexican restaurants, they are light super crispy amd thin.. always hot and fresh!! We also come here for our burgers!! Great local calm crowd with a very attentive staff. Kat knew her menu and suggested other similar options that I will try next visit. Manager Winnie walked around and made sure that patrons were happy and satisfied. Went out of her way to make the evening pleasant by offering a small dessert as a token of appreciation. One of the BEAT MEALS EVER AT A CHILIS RESTAURANT. ANCHO SALMON on the lite side. 🔥 💣
We got here around 630p and it was pretty busy, the wait was about 20mins, but the manager took care of us, and placed us where we requested to sit, to which we was served by Vilma, she is a great server, she was attentive, made sure our drinks was refilled quickly, food was brought out promptly and was well seasoned and hot(I had the steak) overall for my first visit here i can say it was very well pleasant! And of course it is always great seeing the manager helping her staff...
