“I called to place a custom cake order with Zoe sweet tooth for the next day and they were able to make my daughter’s cake and they even delivered it for free. The cake itself was beautiful and the cake tasted so good that everyone had a piece, I didn’t even have leftover. I am honestly so happy that I call them and they took my order on such short notice. I called the next day and spoke to Jhennia and she handled my refund with an excellent level of service. My problem is that the unavailable item has happened more than once. It would save everyone a lot of time if they updated their assortment online.“
