I can not believe the lies that was been told to keep me from ordering. Because I apptemed to order 6 breakfast sandwiches, I was told the oven had to heat up, it would take 10 mins and was truly inconvenience with 2 employees trying to take my order and kept demanding for me to "HOLD ON, HOLD ON!!" By the most voicerous one (didn't get a name). As if they were overwhelmed with No cars in the drive-thru and 5 customers dining in on New Year eve at 10:45am. Therefore I drove off since they didn't want to take the order, they were so nasty and so rude!!

Customer Service is non-existent, you greet and the employees don’t respond, not warm or friendly. I love the food but the customer service makes me not what to purchase from them at all. I stopped using the drive through and starting using the walk-inn and it’s the same.

As a regular customer of this location I have witnessed the drive thru window falling to the floor and almost injuring the workers. That's been over a month now. I came in today for a coffee and once again the window was broken with what looks like some clear tape holding it together. This is very sad! I sincerely hope that the owner sees this review. You should be ashamed! Your employees could seriously get injured obviously you're not thinking of that. You're lucky they don't sue you. I have seen with my own eyes the window falling to the ground with your employee trying to catch it. Please do better or I will not personally ever come back to this location.On a positive note, the ladies are always very kind with bright beautiful smiles.

I placed and paid for my online order to pick up through drive thru. I get there and I Was told there was no more chicken for my sandwich. I said no problem, I would like a refund please. They said "oh if you want the chicken takes 4 minutes to make if you can wait but we have no croissants" I said "no thank you, I'll just have a refund on that item" they said to pull forward... I waited 10 minutes for my melted iced latte and they forgot the wrap. I was the only customer there the whole time. I ordered 3 things, all they needed to give me was 2 items and refund me for one. After waiting, they tried to make me forget about the refund so I mentioned it... she continued to make me wait only to tell me the GM is in a meeting and I would have to wait. By this time, I was already done writing my survey via the app so I expected a call through the survey and I left. GM still has not contacted me. This location is slow all of the time, inaccurate a few times but yesterday, no one was able to refund me because the GM was in a meeting. Well, that is a long meeting because I still haven't received my refund nor have I been contacted. I will say I go to this dunkin because I would say, 8-10 months ago, it was incredible service and all. Now I know why there is never a line. You have employees that don't want to work. Tried to convince me not to get the chicken sandwich because I had to wait 4 minutes for it to cook and then there was no croissants. No one told me I would be waiting for 10 minutes for a warm iced coffee and and a steaming hot wrap. I don't understand the level of management working there if they can't control their employees or care for 1 of their 5 customers. Anyone who has left a good survey about this place either works there, dates someone there or doesn't know anything about customer service. I do not recommend going to this location unless you are desperate but quite honestly, the food at the gas station at the next light is better.

I ordered plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, hash browns and sweet tea at drive thru .they had no hash browns..so just bagel and sweet tea. Paid and tipped a dollar..Was given bagel and container with cream cheese and reg tea..asked if they could put cream cheese on my bagel since I am driving..absolutely not.. I have never dealt with more rude DD employers ever..this DD was the worst and should be closed..I have been to hundreds of DD’s all over the world..this was the worst!!
