Customer Service is non-existent, you greet and the employees don’t respond, not warm or friendly. I love the food but the customer service makes me not what to purchase from them at all. I stopped using the drive through and starting using the walk-inn and it’s the same.
As a regular customer of this location I have witnessed the drive thru window falling to the floor and almost injuring the workers. That's been over a month now. I came in today for a coffee and once again the window was broken with what looks like some clear tape holding it together. This is very sad! I sincerely hope that the owner sees this review. You should be ashamed! Your employees could seriously get injured obviously you're not thinking of that. You're lucky they don't...read full review
