I love El Balcon de Las Americas. The food, the atmosphere in the restaurant and above all: The Staff - always providing a ‘white glove service’ to their customers.
Freddy always pays attention to the his customers and provides great service asking you if you need a cafecito or dessert.

The food was excellent very reasonably priced we came from California on vacation and were so glad to find this place. My wife’s Colombian. I’m from Cuba and really enjoyed the service and the waiter. Freddie was just fantastic.

Really bad customer service. Maybe they had a bad day but you always greet your customers with an smile and good afternoon 😊. We saw thst it was crowded and poorly distributed tables.
The food was very good! Even my father in law’s that’s a picky eater said his dish was very tasty. Our waitress catalina was super nice.
