The WORST SERVICE EVER!! They confirmed my order, made a hold for the total amount to my credit card, and they didn’t even bother contacting me to let me know that apparently the owner received and confirmed the order, but “forgot” to pass it along to the staff, and on the day of my event, 30 min past their delivery time, I had to contact them through EZCater, just to be told that they are not going to be able to deliver my order, despite the fact that I agreed that I could wait over 45 min extra from the agreed delivery time. Total lack of commitment, respect and trust from this establishment and from EZCater, since they sent me a “re confirmation” from the restaurant, which implied that my order was “taken in consideration”. They totally ruined my event, I had to look elsewhere to find food for 20 ppl at 8:30 pm. Even though Jennifer from EZCater apologized and gave me a coupon for a future order, the problem was never solved and I will never order from this restaurant or “caterer” again. If you want to be sure your order ir being processed, you might as well place it directly to the restaurant, cause there is noooo guarantee from this site. So disappointed and truly upset.

Poor management poor food preparation, lack competency in food preparation and customer service. The manager has a low emotional intelligence level and quite frankly is a disgraceful individual. A true disappointment to patronize. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism with a franchise before. I would give them zero stars but the app requires at least one.

While driving across the town, I misplaced my handbag. It took me more than an hour to notice it, and we had to phone the business. As it turned out, they did have it, and Yalil got it for me in the office. The management took great effort to double-check my identity before returning my purse. I really appreciate how thoughtful they were today! (And we adore Firehouse Subs—the food is consistently delicious!)

Don't bribe me to do a survey and offer a cookie. I want a brownie. The cookies aren't good to me. The only thing I actually do not like at Firehouse! The only thing. Everything else is hands down the best. I use this place as a reward for my daughter having a good day at school.

Management was careful to verify my name before giving my purse back. I so appreciate the care they took today! (& we love Firehouse Subs, the food is always excellent!)

I went for the first time for lunch, I was not disappointed I ordered Cheesesteak half sub, and it was delicious.Will have to tell my friends, we need do lunch here, after our weekly meeting.

Phenomenal sandwiches! I got the spicy Cajun chicken sandwich on a wheat bread and it was superb! The chicken was tender and flavorful with spice. Fast service. Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!
