Don't bribe me to do a survey and offer a cookie. I want a brownie. The cookies aren't good to me. The only thing I actually do not like at Firehouse! The only thing. Everything else is hands down the best. I use this place as a reward for my daughter having a good day at school.
Traveling through town and I left my purse. I didn’t realize it for over an hour, and we called the store. Sure enough they had it and Yalil secured it in the office for me. Management was careful to verify my name before giving my purse back. I so appreciate the care they took today! (& we love Firehouse Subs, the food is always excellent!)

While driving across the town, I misplaced my handbag. It took me more than an hour to notice it, and we had to phone the business. As it turned out, they did have it, and Yalil got it for me in the office. The management took great effort to double-check my identity before returning my purse. I really appreciate how thoughtful they were today! (And we adore Firehouse Subs—the food is consistently delicious!)
