I also work remotely, so having a quick lunch to grab avoids fast food runs. The pork carnitas dish is my fav and my son's fav is the bbq beef w mac n cheese. Staff are always very nice and helpful if you have any questions.“

“This place is absolutely AMAZING. I would give it more Stars if I could. I have celiac with a gluten allergy which they were able to accommodate very well while the other 2 with me have no restrictions. This was one of the freshest most flavorful meals I have had. I had the ceviche trio which was absolutely delicious. The salad with it was yummy and I will definitely have more. Others with me has the cauliflower pizza and the omelet which were equally remarkable. For dessert we shared an açaí bowl which again could not have been any better.

The service was very attentive and our server answered all questions.

Googled healthy places near by and the Pines Protein Bar popped up and all I can say is, I am so happy it did. Considering this place is located inside the back of a small little barbershop, it truly is a little hole in the wall. “Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) “Food has been good. Their online ordering is inaccurate as I’ve ordered the Vegan Toast and was told that item was removed from the menu.

Management resolved the issue and made the toast since they still have the ingredients.

My wife and I have ordered for our family there a few times and the food has mostly been consistent. The protein smoothies we ordered recently were not blended well and had ice chunks in the bottom.

I’m plant based and the food has been satiating - not the best vegan food but a solid choice given what is around me.

I’ll continue to frequent and recommend if anyone is in the area looking to try them out, it’s worth a shot.

“ I’m not able to give five stars because they serve dead animals per the apps rules, but I didn’t want to say that it was the most satisfying meal I had in all of Fort Lauderdale and Miami combined! The black bean burger was my favorite as was the PB shake! The owner really knows what he’s doing. I hope they transition away from vegetable oil in the future as well as get rid of the synthetic fragrance air freshener in the bathroom.“

The choice of meals is constantly rotating so you never get tired of the selections. The portions are generous and the meals are very tasty. Some of my favorite meals are : greek spanakopita; meatloaf; any of the salmon meals, chicken parm, carne asada, the muffins, the lunch tuna meal, any kind of quiche, and chicken salad. the price of the meals is also very reasonable.“
