“I ordered dinner at 1230pm so I wouldn't have to wait when I picked up after 5 pm. I ordered online and called to follow up and make sure my order would be ready around 530. I arrived to pick up my order at 550 pm and waited 30 minutes after being told it would be another 5 minutes twice. The manager's resolution was a tiny piece of baklava. I felt insulted and mistreated.“

“Over the past month there are new owners. They go above and beyond to please all their customers. I am here at least once a week. The shawarma is excellent and the pita bread is the best around. “I went there yesterday for the first time, and I am impressed. This place is a decently sized store, very clean, and had delicious pastries. I tried the lahmajoun and the spinach-stuffed dough, which were delicious. I will be back to try other things. In addition, they have fresh lamb, beef, and chicken. And the staff were nice.“

“Every time I've been there it's been consistently solid. However, from my experience, if you go during the evening, they do run out of certain menu items. The last time I was there, the staff did strike up a conversation with me and other customers while they were making the food. It was nice.The atmosphere itself is nothing special as it's a casual fast food joint, but it's fine. It's well-kept. They have a couple of tables outside as well.

“I like this place a lot. The food is served impeccably. Large menu of authentic Turkish food. Reasonable prices and the most important very nice owners (Tuba’s brother). The tea they serve is black tea from Sri Lanka (it has some bergamot hint ). Its a true killer. I highly recommend them.“

“The owner is a real jerk, vaping as he prepares the food. I supposedly went in to train as a cashier, only to get overwhelmed by duties as the cashier, taking orders on the phone, packing take-outs, handling Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, serving all the tables as a waitress for the whole place, cleaning them all up as a busperson, and bringing patio furniture outside. Good thing I didn't work at night or I'd have the added duties of also mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms as a janitor, and bringing in all the patio furniture. The owner calls it multi-tasking. I call it too cheap to hire more employees. It is insane to ask for so much from one person! As it is, he only pays minimum wage and all the credit card tips are kept by the owner himself! From here I have learned that I'll be leaving cash tips for wait staff in the future, since greedy owners like this feel they are entitled to keep all credit card tips. The place is a disgrace.“
