Did not recognize the tropical flavor that used to bring us to the Pollo tropical, no seasoning that's expected in a place with tropical in its name. I am a fan of favor and smells but seeing the lack of Black Cuban Spanish Mexican Bahamian Jamaican Haitian African and many other island cultural dishes that with flavor is what you would expect in my opinion.I J S = I'M JUST SAYN

The food there is pretty good and the service was great. The only problem I'll have is the portion of the food, if your ordering for maybe one or two people then ok BUT three or four you better get your wallet out because you may spend big and I hope you have a coupon as well.Parking: When I was walking I saw parking behind the store there's at least 7, if I remember

Horrible service, around 12 people working at lunchtime and completely clueless. Would absolutely never return. My simple tropichop order was "lost" had to show my receipt to show that I ordered it and paid for it. Several ubereats drivers coming in, walking out and coming back because they would forget several items.

The employees need to stop packing up chickens before they closed so the customers can buy chicken it's always the same thing at a certain time no more chicken but the employees be already done packed up the chicken

I have never visited this location and they have the products I need. Tonight I visited to get a caeser wrap and was told no wraps. Then I ordered the family meal and they have no rolls. I was in the restaurant industry for 12 years as a trainer to managers and above. How is this acceptable to run a store like this consistently for 5+ years?

I have been coming here for years, I have never had anything bad to say, but there's a lady that be in the cash register, she just flat out rude, she doesn't like to be corrected, I was double checking on my order just to make sure she got it right but she cut me off without even letting me finish saying what I was about to say, I think her name is Lourdes, she act like she doesn't want to be there, I understand the pressure when it's busy but customer service is important and I watch her with other customers too she have a nasty filthy attitude ? the food is top tier but the cashier need to be in a different position, she doesn't have a welcoming attitude, other people that was waiting for their food were also disgusted by her, if she's in the cashier when I come here on Sunday I will not be coming back here with my family
Surprisingly they were quick. Only ate here twice once I pick up , and drive-thru both times in , and out . I was really surprised how fast they were moving. Management was very helpful. Had a question about the app , and she helped me out . They even had a dude come out with a tablet like Chick-fil-A take orders. Also I ordered a family meal , and it was fresh. Most Pollos the lanes are long , and so is the wait , and there is no problem with that as long as it's fresh. This is definitely the best Pollo I have been to . Edit had it two more times since than Super fast , and fresh. I love this Pollo .
