I ordered the trio today and I got spicy beans.
Who eats spicy black beans?
I went to this pollo because I was craving beans. I have celiac disease so no rice for me. I asked the guy, cani substitute the rice for something else? He said absolutely not, the trio comes with rice and beans.
I said okay, whatever.

I had a great experience at this location today, Oshin who prepared my food was awesome she was nice and she made me feel welcomed. For now on when I come to the this location I hope Oshin will be preparing my food again. Thank you Oshin for having a great spirit, we need more people like you especially at this location.

I've come too this location several times and it's always the same. Long wait time but toy must guest get acknowledged by the employees. I'll look right at you standing at the counter and continue with what they are doing. No regard for time. It's different staff so it's not that, different management so not that.... what's keeping the service quality so low. Dirty floors and food counter. My biggest issue is the lack of customer service.
