Family meal given to me was mostly drumsticks and a couple of thighs. Young manager said as long as you get 8 pieces of whatever that's a family meal. Cook came out with a whole flatten chicken laughed as said you want this. Staff made up of kids fooling around with their friends. Need better management!!!!

Got home with family meal and open box to find 5 drumsticks and 4 butt of the chicken. No breast, wings or thighs. Dried out. Don't hire kids who don't know the parts of a chicken!!!!

Was disappointed after I paid for my guacamole and never came with the meal. Also the fried yuca weren’t very good. You can tell they switched product to a cheaper version. Didn’t realize until we got home. Cashier was friendly though.

They gave me lettuce and croutons and they called it a Caesar salad. It had no chicken, no cheese, and no dressing. I asked them what happened with my chicken and dressing and they said I had to asked for it. I couldn’t believe I had to ask for chicken and dressing for my Caesar salad. It’s like if I had to ask for cheese for a pizza. Incredible ( in a bad way).
