It is always the same when I go hear. The workers are slow both physically and cognitively; they aren't very intelligent. Despite the ingredients being on the cup, this leads to them repeatedly messing up beverages. No, I'm not exaggerating; this is just how they are, at least in contrast to the staff at other Starbucks shops. This is a place to go if you just want a basic drink. such as basic frappes, lemonade, black coffee, or any other refresher. You won't be as happy as you would be at other places once you start indulging in the shaken espressos, caramel macchiatos, white chocolate mochas, seasonal cocktails, etc.

I adore this Starbucks so much that I will travel twenty minutes to visit it only for the excellent service. The servers are kind and wonderful, and I appreciate that they always try their hardest. One of these boys—whose name I honestly don't know—was the cashier today, and he was quite kind to us. ? ??

This was my second-worst experience at this Starbucks. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning. The customer service was poor. I bought $75 in gift cards for my workplace, only to be told they couldn't give me an itemized receipt and refused a refund.

Ordered an iced. Got a hot. Drink comes with Oat, but they had none so made with Almond. Was told there were 4 drinks ahead of me when no one was waiting for drinks and no one in line after me. Just another (2nd bad experience) at the location. But larger location with lots of seating, good for working on the computer.

Super convenient to mobile order at this location and I was able to pick up my drink within the suggested time. My order was actually ready before the time was up which was nice. Staff greeted me when I came in to pick up my drink. Plenty of seating inside and definitely was busy pretty early in the morning. Lots of natural lighting and a great place to work and/or study. Plenty of parking outside as well.

I was out of town and came to visit Florida, my favorite place being Starbucks, i decided ill go get something to drink. Everything was amazing, love the cake pops i received and loved my drink so much (Caramel Crunch Frap, so good definitely recommend!!), the people and workers were very sweet to me and i felt very comfortable being there.
