Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular coffee shop that has received positive reviews from customers in the neighborhood. The staff is described as very competent, capable, and personable, with the store manager Farah and barista Sesh being particularly praised for their exceptional customer service. Customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, as well as the cleanliness of the store. The drinks, especially the pumpkin cold brew, are also highly regarded. However, some customers note that the store could use an upgrade, as the furniture, floors, and walls appear aged. Despite this, the staff's efforts make up for the aging decor, and the location within a Publix plaza with other restaurants and stores is convenient. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a well-liked establishment that offers a great customer experience.
