On 2/14/24 i waited in line at the drive thru at the 120 S Pine Island Road, Plantation Fl 33324 location. I got a medium hot coffee. I was handed a hot coffee with 2 cups. Without being told so. Also there was a sleeve on the second cup.After driving for a bit I took a sip and the hot coffee spilled all over my shirt, pants and car. Luckily It didn’t go on my face of bare skin. I was extremely extremely upset. Why was I not told that they had double cupped it? The top doesn’t go on whatsoever. It was just sitting on top unsecured due to the second cup.I could of gotten seriously injured and burned. I missed work because of this and turned around to go in the store and speak with a manager.A male named Fernando showed absolutely no remorse, he actually took the cup and just began to make a new one. He came back and I told him “I don’t think you understand the seriousness and severity of this. I could of been extremely injured and burned if this went on my face or bare skin.” He said he was sorry but seemed so busy to understand how serious this is.I told him i would want a refund and he didn’t do so, instead he handed me a prepaid gift card with $4 which I didn’t want.

So I worked at this Starbucks for a while. It has drastically changed under the new management. Starbucks culture is positive and welcoming. No one greets you when you walk in. After that they can’t ever get your order right. The drinks are made poorly and they taste horrible. We will not be returning to this location.

Very modern, seemingly-new Starbucks. Lots of couch seating and tables, all complete with a surplus of USB and wall plug outlets. There's a large variety of tumblers, mugs, and coffee beans as well in addition to the ample seating.

I’ve come to this Starbucks multiple times the first they really mess up my order was months ago when I order a drink and they legit just put water and strawberry’s in it… than I went back and order more and my drinks were made good but they would always be out of something well yesterday I went to order a decaf coffee because I am a breast feeding mom, I get my coffee and they added blonde espresso to my coffee and I didn’t ask for it and I said decaf for a reason.I asked for a ginger bread latter decaf with oat and this what I got.
