About 2 weeks about I was greeted by a phenomenal, extremely kind hearted young man by the name of Danny. His heart and compassion while I drove through the drive through brought me to tears. I lost my brother and immediately just by him asking how I was I broke down in tears. He truly has a heart of Gold, may God richly bless you in all things throughout your life. The service stands out, with an older gentleman over 75 years old who works the register with the best attitude—smiling, singing, funny, and warm, lighting up the entire store. He processes payments, fixes the receipt machine, and takes orders with incredible agility. Every single person who passes through his register leaves with a big smile. Another employee named BARRY took time to explain things, being very nice to customers and their families. Barrista Sarah provides friendly and impeccable service, while manager Chelsea is noted for her professionalism, captivating personality, and friendly demeanor. The team delivers great service consistently, creating a great atmosphere where customers feel appreciated.
A point of improvement was noticed: the counter has accumulated crumbs, spills, and fingerprints that have dried in place. An hourly wipe-down is recommended. Despite this, customers will choose this location again and recommend it to family and friends.
