The service is what sets this Chili’s apart from the rest. I’ve had the pleasure of sitting with Logan who truly just cares for his entire section. Absolutely love a sever who takes the extra time to clarify what I ordered. Logan even returned to make sure everything was as great as I expected. Made my night.“

“Ate at Chili's last night with my man and his mother. Pleasant enough. Went around 6pm before it was busy and restaurant was clean enough, bathrooms...Ehhh, but to be expected. Food was good but not for those prices. Had a 3 for $10.99 meal- any drink (which I did not receive), mini cup o' potato soup, and a hamburger w/ fries with tons of lettuce. Favorite was SOUTHEAST EGG ROLLS (8 slices for $15.00)???!!! CRAZY EXPENSIVE FOR AN APPETIZER!!! Food came in a timely manner and was good. As was the waitress.
So, basically can't really complain except for the prices. Maybe it's the economy but I don't care, can't go back because it's still out of my budget.“

He listens patiently, offers alternatives or replacements, and ensures customers leave feeling heard. That responsiveness is a major plus in a fast-paced restaurant environment.“

“Great experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. The person I went with was there for the first time. He mentioned that, and rather than just say grap a menu, she kindly went over the menu and gave suggestions. Once we were at our table, she bought over about 8 sauces for us to sample and explain each one. The food was great, and the portion sizes were worth the money. I will go back the next time I'm in Hollywood, FL.“
